BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Serve as manager and business analyst for NET's traffic department and related application databases. Responsible for managing projects of new and existing applications, maintaining electronic interfaces between traffic and scheduling applications and NET enterprise accounting applications. Provide customer support across departments for databases, applications and reporting tools. Set up or redesign applications to allow for integrations between diverse databases. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems or related field plus three years experience in database administration and enterprise financial accounting systems required; equivalency considered. Programming skills in one or more of the following: HTML, ASP, PHP, server side scripting or similar languages. Demonstrated experience and skills in business software, desktop tools, hardware and networking are essential. Must possess strong analytical and communication skills. Documentation skills including end-user and technical data modeling preferred. Knowledge of University and State of Nebraska IS systems, SAP and/or J.D. Edwards desirable.
